Dartlet Labs is a software studio in Coimbatore. We build AI agents and AI-powered products for the schools and businesses around us, and we build them to be simple, honest and useful from day one.
Our name
Why a damselfly?
A dartlet is a tiny damselfly found in ponds and paddy fields across India. It is small, quick, and it almost never misses what it goes after.
That is how we think about AI. Not one giant system that promises everything, but focused agents and products that each do one job precisely. Our mark is a folded arrowhead: a wing in teal, a body and a bright orange tip, always pointing up and to the right.

How we build AI
Five rules every agent follows.
AI is only useful if people can trust it. These are written into every agent we ship.
One clear job
Every agent has a narrow purpose and a written list of what it may and may not do. Narrow agents are easier to test, explain and trust.
Your data, your answers
Agents answer from your systems and documents, not from guesses. When they don't know, they say so and pass the question on.
People decide what matters
Emails to new contacts, refunds, record changes and anything sensitive wait for a person's approval. You choose where that line sits.
Everything is visible
Each action is logged in plain words: what the agent read, what it did and why. Any agent can be paused with one switch.
Respect for the people on the other end
Agents say they are automated, honour opt-outs immediately and only access the data each job needs, in line with India's DPDP Act.
